GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the telematic network on the www.spazioif.it website, of which Irene Ferrara is the owner, with registered office in Palermo (Italy), Via Trapani 15. These purchases are reserved to the Customer and any purchase transactions will be limited by the regulations of the Dlgs. n. 185/99 and, as regards the standards of privacy protection, they will be subject to the legislation referred to in Dlgs.196/2003.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

By sending your purchase order, you unconditionally accept to observe, in relation with Irene Ferrara, the general and payment conditions below, declaring that you have read and accepted all the information provided in the aforementioned regulations, also acknowledging that Irene Ferrara does not consider herself bound to different conditions, unless previously agreed via e-mail.

These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by the Customer visiting www.spazioif.it site before you confirm your purchases. By buying you give your consent to these General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.

The Vendor invites you to download, print and keep a copy of these General Conditions of Sale, as viewed and accepted during the online purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the conditions set out in the Dlgs. n. 185/1999 artt. 3-4.

PURCHASE METHOD

Purchases of the products, available online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the Consumer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of the order confirmation, in addition to transportation costs, the relative taxes and customs duties and in any case displayed at the time of purchase.

Before confirming the purchase, you will be summarized the single cost of each selected product, the total cost in the case of the purchase of multiple products, and the applicable taxes.

By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, you will receive an e-mail containing the number, date and total amount of your order, as well as the detail of the same.

PAYMENTS METHOD

The payment of the purchased products, transport costs and related taxes, must be made by the Customer at the time of sending the order confirmation by using one of the credit cards available and indicated online. Irene Ferrara (the Vendor) is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made of credit cards by third parties upon payment of the purchased products.

In fact, at no time during the purchase procedure, Irene Ferrara (the Vendor) is able to see the buyer’s credit card number which is transmitted via a secure connection directly by PAYPAL, or another service manager chosen by the Customer from those available and indicated by the Vendor.

PRICES

The prices include:

• the packaging
• transportation costs
• in EU countries: VAT.

The prices do not include:

• for non-EU countries: customs and local taxes.

The prices displayed at the time of purchase cannot change, while they can be updated periodically according to the prices of precious metals, diamonds and oil, and inflation rate.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

The products you purchased will be sent by Irene Ferrara (the Vendor) to the address you provided. Any costs of delivery are to be paid by you, unless otherwise indicated. 

The products will be delivered within the delivery time according to the chose shipping service by the Vendor as long as no other delivery time is expressed in the item descriptions. The delivery time won’t, in any case, exceed the thirty (30) days from the date of the order as stated in the art.6 Dlgs 185/1999. Please also note, that there won’t be shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and may be divided into two or more different deliveries which do not depend on the Vendor.

In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and you will have to personally contact the courier as soon as possible in order to arrange a new delivery date or methods. However, no responsibility can be attributed to the Vendor for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as incorrect addresses or particularly adverse weather conditions.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The products purchased through www.spazioif.it are subject to the Vendor’s warranty for any faulty items for 24 months. These products are subject to the discipline, as applicable, referred to in Dlgs 2.2.2002 n. 24 (G.U. no. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, to the extent not contemplated therein, with the specific provisions on the subject by the Civil Code.

This warranty will apply to faulty items which lack conformity and/or malfunctions that cannot be found at the time of the purchase, as long as the item itself is used correctly and with due diligence, that is, in compliance with its destination and as provided in any technical documentation in compliance with the various operating rules indicated therein.

This warranty will not be applicable in the event of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product.
